Our Story
The idea for “RENewell” came to Kelcy while he was losing money renting a townhouse he owned in Montgomery County after overpaying for it. If you think that this is the worst possible time to start a property management company, you would not be alone in that sentiment. Not sharing that sentiment, Kelcy felt that the experiences he had gained in the multiple years of the failed rental property could be leveraged to help others avoid some of the mistakes he had made.
Based on Kelcy’s personal rental experience and his passion for sustainable urban housing, he has built RENewell to be a unique, client-centered, transparent organization. In an industry where the bottom line is a top priority, our goal is to shift the focus back to where it belongs, with PEOPLE. RENewell believes that success is measured not only in numbers and dollar signs but in positive relationships, honest interactions, and revitalized communities.
At RENewell, we remember who our customers are and provide high-value services to meet their needs. We are open and honest brokers in all our interactions. We believe in strengthening communities by sourcing our contracted property needs from within the communities where we work.
